Terms and Conditions

Definitions :

1. Bank Raya shall mean PT Bank Raya Indonesia, Tbk, including its Head Office, Branches, Sub-Branches and other offices which constitute inseparable parts of PT Bank Raya Indonesia, Tbk.
2. Raya API (Bank Raya Application Programming Interface) shall mean a type of service which connects banking Services/services owned by Bank Raya with Services/services owned by customers, both individual and non-individual customers, to the effect that the customers are able to create their own application-based Service/service that is directly integrated with Services/services owned by Bank Raya.
3. Partners shall mean customers that have been registered as users of Raya API Services.

For the sake of security and convenience, Bank Raya has stipulated terms of use of Raya API Services for Partners that are accessible through https://developers.bankraya.co.id

Partners must read the terms of use carefully prior to using Raya API Services. The terms of use are applicable to all Partners,  who access or use Raya API. By accessing or using Raya API Services, Partners state its agreement to comply with the entirety of this terms of use.

In the event of Services being used by a party assigned by or representative of Partners in the form of enterprise or any other legal entity, the Partners hereby state and guarantee that the assignee or representative has the authority to act for and on behalf of the Partners's enterprise or any other legal entity.

In order to access and use features of Raya API Services, Partners must provide valid information regarding their identity and guarantee that each registration information provided to Bank Raya is valid and updated. Partners must immediately inform Bank Raya of any changes in Partners’ data.

Registration for access to Sandbox and Production may be conducted via web page (Raya API developer portal) by providing Full Name and Email data and agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Partners and/or its representatives must comply with these terms of use and other related and applicable laws and regulations. Partners are prohibited to use Raya API Services for illegal and unlawful activities. The use of Raya API Services is subject to the prevailing laws and regulations applicable in the Republic of Indonesia.

Raya API Sandbox is a part of Raya API Services that is utilized to test and verify the interconnection between the user and owner’s database of Raya API Services (dummy database). Partners are only allowed to access Raya API Sandbox using the procedures explained in the “Getting Started” page in the Raya API developer porta. Partners must use all data received from Bank Raya in accordance with their rights and obligations and must maintain the confidentiality of said data. Partners are prohibited to cover up and/or disguise their identity in any manner whatsoever while using Raya API Sandbox.

Partners hereby acknowledge and agree that data accessed through Raya API Sandbox consist of dummy information (i.e., not actual data). Bank Raya reserves the right to modify and/or delete the data at any time without any prior notification.

Bank Raya reserves the right to determine Raya API usage limit for each Partner, for example the types and amount of transaction per second (TPS) that are accessible to Partners. In the event that Partners would like to use types of Services and amount TPS beyond the predetermined limit, Partners may contact the Raya API support team via [email protected]. In regard to the aforementioned, Partners hereby agree to the said limits and shall not try to gain access beyond the available Services as stated in the documentations of each Raya API Services.

Partners hereby acknowledge and agree that Bank Raya reserve the rights to access and monitor Partners’ accounts for the purpose of maintaining security and quality of Services and any other matter that may have an impact on operating activities of Bank Raya. Based on the aforementioned reasons and considerations, Bank Raya reserves the rights to block access to Partners’ accounts and delete said accounts.

In using Raya API Services, Partners are prohibited to:

1. Transfer in any manner whatsoever the rights and authorities of Raya API Services usage.
2. Create API Services with similar functionality to Raya API and offer said Services for use to any other party whatsoever.
3. Act with the intention of disrupting the operating activities and/or Services of Raya API using viruses, worms, trojans, spyware, malware, ransomware or any damaging manner whatsoever.
4. Disrupt the operations and Services of Raya API in any manner or form whatsoever.

In the event that Partners conduct the prohibited activities as stated above, all loss and damages suffered by Bank Raya as a result of prohibition violations by Partners shall be the responsibility of Partners, and Bank Raya reserves the rights to take legal actions regarding prohibition violations by Partners.

Accounts used by Partners to login to the Raya API developer portal shall be blocked automatically in the event of 3 (three) consecutive login attempts using the wrong password or in the event that Partners are deemed to have violate this Terms and Conditions. For the purpose of unblocking, Partners may send an email via the contact page in the Raya API developer portal.

Bank Raya under certain considerations reserves the rights to terminate and/or suspend Partners’ access to Raya API Services. After the termination and/or suspension of Partners’ access to Raya API Services by Bank Raya, Partners must immediately delete any cache or stored contents.

• Bank Raya cannot be held liable for any of the following:
  1. Litigations from any third party regarding the loss of profit and/or revenue due to usage of Raya API Services
  2. Any and all loss and liabilities, both directly and indirectly caused by the usage of Raya API Services by Partners.
• Partners must take responsibility for, and indemnify Bank Raya, its Directors, Commissioners, and employees against any and all liabilities, damages, losses, expenses (including legal costs) and other cost related to any and all allegations by other parties that may arise due to:
  1. Abuse of Services by Partners or end users of Partners; and/or
  2. Violation of terms of use by Partners or end users of Partners.

For the purpose of promoting, marketing, or demonstrating the Services used, Bank Raya may produce and distribute, without limitation, images, photographs, videos, and other contents related to the name, branding/logo, and tagline of the Partners’ enterprises. Partners hereby grant to Bank Raya all applicable rights and approvals necessary for the said purposes.

Bank Raya reserves the rights to modify and/or add to the terms of use of Raya API Services. Any matters not yet covered by these terms and conditions shall be notified by Bank Raya using any means in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.
